  RATES

A deposit of $ 200.00 (US$) is required to reserve the villa; this will be used for a security deposit, which will be refunded to your home address, after the management have inspected the premises.

Cots and high chair are available if requested at the time of booking.

The pool can be heated for an extra charge of $ 140.00 (US$) per week in the winter months. If you decide not to take the option at this stage the management can assist you at the time of your holiday, but be warned it will take approximately 24 hours to heat and you will be charged $100.

  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Arrive at the property should be after 5pm local time on the date of the booking and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, allowing for cleaning and routine maintenance of the property.

2. Cancellation: in the event that you have to cancelled your booking, the following charges will apply: (Invoices will be supplied if required for your insurance company)
- Eight weeks or more notice, a fee of 10% of the rental cost.
- Four to eight weeks notice, a fee of 50% of the rental cost.
- Less than four weeks notice 100% of the rental cost.

3. Liability: The owners and owners agents do not accept liability for personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects howsoever caused, including the use of the pool. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool.

4. Guests are advised to take out appropriate holiday insurance.

6. The total amount payable for the rental is due 8 weeks before your departure.
